Not resolving my ISSUE!
I have changed my old ADSL to fibre the 10MB Down and 5MB up! it was installed on 13th of September 2017 and I am still getting my ADSL speeds! 4mb down and 0.5mb up.
I have phoned in several times and excuses and excuses will call you back sir and nothing! and my ADSL line is still active! I will not pay for it!
********** 007 is my adsl line! still active! I dont have my Fibre B number with me so please trace it by using my number ********** 007.
This is really bad!!!
