Not resolving issue raised

Telkom been a very disappointing company. They do not care about their customer hence all the complaints. I have a simple issue that they refuse to resolve and then they charge me for their issue. Best taking them public and all social media platforms making sure people are aware what they doing. Will take these issue withe ICASA as well. Ever since Sipho took over this company everything went wrong. All proof will be provided, calls made were recorded. Call center staff working for outsourcing company WNS have the same attitude.
