Not resolving issue due to ********** sales team

Sell direct an agent to Telkom called me and offered me a contract which sounded very appealing. In the conversation I asked the sales rep many times if he was sure that the offer was exactly as he described and he responded in the affirmative each time. He also repeated the offer to me. When it was time to activate the contract I find out that what I was initially being sold was far from what the actual contract entailed. Telkom has activated the contract without my consent even though it is on dispute and continue to debit my account for almost three times what I should be paying causing me bank charges at every debit.
