Not replacing stollen lines,i Must cancel

<p>Im residing in Leeuhof Vereeniging, i had a ADSL and Fax line with Telkom, everything worked 100% until someone stole the cables. My line is off now for about a month, after trying everything to get it back on and fixed, Telkom told me that they are not going to replace the line because its a high risk area, but since I'm staying here for 19 years this is only the second time the cables are ******, there are also many Old people staying around this area with phone lines that's off now,I was even trying to get to Telkom's technical support to help me Aleck Sebia told me sorry we are not going to help you, we aren't making enough money from that area, and that i can go and cancel my contact with Telkom, they want to down grade me to a Wireless wi-Fi with 10 Gig but it won't work for me because i had a uncapped, so I'm still getting billed with out any line or services.Then some technical guys working for Telkom told me that there is options of a thin line to be installed and if that dont work they plant a line normally, buy wen I'm trying to arrange it the customers service people make like they cant here you on the phone after i was on the phone with them for more than a hour then they hang up,and Aleck Technical boss telling me on the phone he dont have time to talk to me any more and also hang up on me, All that i want is just customers services and fix my line.</p>
