Not receiving what was paid for

I recently ordered the Sony XZ on a Freeme 2gb contract. The deal includes on-ear Sony headphones. I received the phone but Telkom has not given any indication of when I will receive the headphones. I had contacted Telkom call centre, they promised to follow up but to-date (month later) I have had no feedback.
