NOT RECEIVING WHAT IM PAYING FOR!!! TELKOM THROTTLES YOUR SERVICE!!!

They advertise Uncapped data, no FUP, no throttling..... They absolutely throttle my service in the evening!! I can't wait until my contract is up so I can go with another ISP. I'm not getting what I'm paying for, I'm not exaggerating but have made at least 50 calls to them to try and get it sorted....to NO avail!!!
