Not receiving the speed we are paying for

<p>Telkom does not reply to any emails. that we have sent. We have been paying for 4Mbps but are only receiving 1Mbps . This is beyond unfair and *********! The correct thing is for Telkom to fix the issue and give a refund due to their incompetence!!! </p>
