Not receiving T

Took out a Telkom LTE contract with Telkom. The modem has never worked. Had to use the sim in our old modem. Notified Telkom numerous times via email not received any satisfactory responce. Secondly not receiving the speed as promised by Telkom also notified them numerous times also not received any assistance in this regard.
