not receiving my SMS notifications

<p>Please check how you ported my other cellphone number ( ********** 264) as this one is working correctly. I receive all the SMS notifications (banking, missed calls, etc.).</p> <p>So whatever you did for that number, please do the same for ********** 529. I went shopping and the banking SMS notifications was sent to my other cellphone on vodacom network again!!</p> <p>Why can't you get this right - the more I complain the less feedback I get and the emails I send to Carrie Swardt, I don't get any acknowledgements or responses. She was the one that helped me and my husband previously and she was really great, thus my emails to her, but if she is not the right person to deal with, please advice who is. This issue is ongoing for 2 weeks now and I am getting really frustrated!!!!!!!</p>
