Not receiving emails from 21/05/2019

My mailbox last received emails on the 21/05/2019 at 12:00. I registered the issue with Telkom last week (31/05/2019) and Sunday (02/06/2019) I got a message saying that it is resolved but it is still an issue. Nothing is fixed up to now - 07/06/2019
