Not receiving calls and SMSs from Vodacom after porting

I am very frustrated with Telkom. I am not able to receive calls and SMSs from Vodacom. I have been sent from pillar to post and all I am told it's a routing issue and no one knows what to do from Telkom. I need to go back to a Telkom store which I have been, and they couldn't help in the process I am not able to make bank payments because I am not receiving SMS's. (OTP) the last person I spoke to advise that this is a Vodacom issue. earlier I was told the technical support will assist. Here is the ref number: ***8. I need this issue resolved ASAP.
