Not received what was promised

<p>On the 2nd December I received a phonecall from Bnani Maxim ref no: eed1/9 ********** 4 </p> <p>I was promised a Hawaii P9 lite + wifi rooter and 2 simcards for R159 monthly first payment end of January 2017.</p> <p>On the 4th it was delivered - however only the 2 simcards and wifi rooter was in package.</p> <p>Phoned and it was collected on 5th Dec 2016.</p> <p>Also an amount of R149 was taken from my account on the 4th I was never told that this is a once off fee therefore I deman d that the money is refunded into my account. Also received an Sms that a further R90 to be deducted.</p> <p>I would appreciate if this matter can be resolved as a matter of urgency.</p> <p> </p>
