NOT PROVIDING SERVICE PAID FOR

Good Day,

I logged a call for slow ADSL speed. I have a contract for 4meg and I am barely getting 1meg of speed. Today the call was closed without resolving my problem.

Telkom does not seem to care what their customers are paying for.

Over 2weeks now I am struggling to get this resolved.
