Not pleased at all

Telkom please enlighten me by explaining my January statement for my wifi data, the debit didn't go off on the 25th and I paid using EFT on the 26th I don't know when it reflected on your side but again on the 26th you debited and I reserved that payment cause I had already paid for it. Now my statement came through stating something else that I don't even understand how it got to that amount.
