Not pitching up for installation

Telkom scheduled my line installation for the 24th of January 2018 and I could not make it and rescheduled. I got an sms with a new date for installation which was supposed to happen on the 1st of February 2018. Openserve send an sms which I had to confirm the installation by replying @ ********** I responded ********** Till this day, no one pitched up and called me to do the installation. My ref # is ********** 38
