Not paying back money they owe me
I have phoned telkom numerous times even tried to contact them via their web page to get a 7 month old refund. I ended my telkom service then. If I phone am being transfered up to 5 times and no one is helping me. When I went to the shop in Vaal Mall they handed me a phone and after 4 transfers to people whos department it aparently is not I hung up the phone with 2 hours wasted in that shop.
In my opinion they are ******* who is quick to take a debit order when they should not but they do not give the money back

08 Oct 2019, 11:13Nearly 2 years later and I am still waiting for my money to be paid back to me. Nobody ever contacted me. Telkom just does not care about customers.

12 Sept 2020, 09:32This week I received a "bill" for unclaimed fees. This after nearly 3 years of trying to get my money back from Telkom. They deducted the full amount of my credit. In other words, they officially STOLE my money. Every time I complain I just get a reference number in a private reply because nobody must see how useless Telkom actually is. Guess what Telkom Everyone knows. Clearly you don't care
