\Not my problem"it seems."""
So, I currently use Afrihost as my ISP in which Telkom still owns my internet line (as it does to 90% of everyone who uses ADSL in South Africa). I then upgraded my account from 4mb to 10mb capped account in which everything went well. Later on that same day my internet started dropping and problems started to arise in which I phoned my ISP to see if they could fix it.

To my dismay, they informed me that our exchange \can't seem to handle the upgrade"and that they would have to \""inform Telkom to try and fix it\"" however"
