Not moving line into holding pool so I can move to another provider

I requested Telkom to move my adsl line into the holding pool on 9 June 2017. After receiving no response I sent a follow up email on 30 June 2017. On 4 July 2017 I received an sms from Telkom stating my line has been placed in the holding pool and I must contact my ISP to move the line over. Contacted the ISP and they informed me that the line is not in the holding pool. Again now on 26 July 2017 I phone telkom and I'm advidsed that no one has attended to the tranfer of my line and that they will escalate it. So this means that I will have to pay telkom for another month for my line rental. On top of that, I am being charged for a 20Mb VDSL line that according to my new ISP only registers as an 18Mb line. Hense the reason I want to move to another provider.

Telkom is purposefully delaying my line transfer in order to keep billing me and reducing my line.

Hi Bronwin,
This has been almost two weeks now and no feedback and it has been almost two months since my first request.
On top of it all my ADSL line, which Telkom is billing me for a 20Mb VDSL is now registering as a 10Mb line when I do speed tests. I have even confirmed this with my data provider.
Is Telkom ok with this type of ****************???
