Not make or receive calls but data works

I am not able to make or receive calls but internet and SMS are working. I can't even call 180 from my number. I called Telkom customer service and she could able to assist. She logged a call and gave me 7-14 working days resolution time. That means i can't make or receive calls for 7-14 working days. My case no is ********** 5. Telkom is the worst service provider in South Africa.. Never trap with any Telkom deals, they service sucks.
