Not listening to my problem

<p>I am so tired of repeating myself!</p> <p> </p> <p>My data disappeared suddenly from Monday. I bought 2gb, by the next afternoon it was finished and it had been off all day. I hardly used it! All I did was go onto my FB app, upload an Instagram pic and few other bits and bobs. Yet boom gone. I loaded another 2gb and again disappeared. I informed Telkom there is something wrong but I get the usal spieel about my background apps and blah blah blah and I'm soooooooooooooo tired of having to repeat myself that they are OFF! What part of that do the consultants not understand? I'm told there is no unsual activity but how would they know? They sent me a report for this week ONLY, not last week which will prove that it is unsual for my FB app to use up 500mb in 20min! My biggest downloads are when my nightsurfer is activated so really they must go jump! It is UNUSUAL and I'm tired of dealing with consultants who don't listen to the problem! I then bought 2 and a half gigs to test it out and boom, 500mb gone in 20min! I This has NEVER happened before. I have an iphone so the first thing I did was ensure I had no extra data costs on it. All except the apps I need are on! And my data manager is clear that most of my apps use a small % of my data so how? Tell me how can 2gb disappear in such a short time when all I'm doing is Facebook, wechat and Whatsapp? This is even less than my normal usage!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a contract for 10gb a month, it finished over the weekend so how can I use 10bg in 3 weeks yet 6 and a half gb gone in 3 days doing much less? And no one at Telkom wants to listen to what I am saying</p> <p> </p> <p>There is something wrong and they just don't seem interested in investigating what is wrong! I have a huge feeling my usage report from last week will prove I am right so I requested it! And if it shows that I used up less data in the same time Telkom is going to court! I'm done having my money ****** from me! As it is I needed that data as I advertise on FB for my business, without data I can't make money, without money I can't survive and now I have had to use more than I budgeted taking food out of my mouth and I'm still without data! </p> <p> </p>
