Not keeping to the promise

<p>I got an sms, on the 15/07/2016, stating I will receive 1 gig of data when I recharge with R100 or more before 30/07/2016. I have recharged with R100 but no data came to me. I called the Telkom mobile customer services, the consultant new about this "special".. and says MAYBE it will be sent with the next 24hrs ..</p> <p>what nonsense is t his!!!????!!</p>
