Not keeping their promises

<p>I went into Telkom Menlyn branch on Friday 03/03/2017. I waited for about an hour to be assisted and after waiting for an hour I was told their offline and they can't assist me at that moment. I left all my details as I was told they will call me on Saturday to give me an update. It's Sunday today and I still haven't heard from them. Laine is the lady that assisted me and she promised to call me on Saturday and she didn't do as she promised.Why promise a customer something you know you can't deliver. Very dissapointed. I was a vodacom customer for years and I thought I should give Telkom a chance. I'm very dissapointed with Telkom</p>
