NOT INTERESTED IN LOOKING AFTER THEIR EXISTING CUSTOMERS!!!

<p>I am currently on Telkom mobile prepaid. Yesterday I went into Telkom as it is impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone. I wanted to change from prepaid onto contract and was told that they cannot do that and that I needed to port to another service provider for 60 days and only then could I port back to Telkom and get a contract???? Absolutely ridiculous!!! When I asked why this was the case and why they didn't look after their customers Ii was told that Telkom is not interested in looking after their current customers, they are only interested in getting new customers from other service providers!!!</p>
