Not interested in helping

Now we all now how bad Telkom support and service is. Let me tell you one thing. What happened today is the worst service ever from any business. I went to Telkom at The Reds Mall in Centurion to get a price on the HDMI TV Box. Just a price, nothing more. I asked one guy there for assistance and he said he is busy with a customer. This customer was talking about mind mapping etc to him and and one stage this customer was lying on his arms on the counter while the Telkom sales person was playing on his phone. After a few minutes the customer was on his phone talking and talking while the Telkom person was still playing on his phone so I asked him again. He rep**** he cant leave his customer. I said to him Im going to report this and he wished me luck. I left the Telkom store empty handed without a simple thing like the price on an item.
