Not impressed

It's hard 2 get good help. That's my opinion of Telkom everytime I interact with their shops or call centre. They sold me a screen protector that does not work for my premium phone samsung note 10 plus. The fingerprint scanner doesn't work when using the protector. They told its third party sorry no warranty on that. Had to argue like a fool to get my R500 back. How does a shop as big as that sell stuff they know doesn't work and keep a straight face. Whose worse them or the Pakistani guys who sell knockoffs.
