Not important enough!

<p>I've placed an order for an Iphone online on 11 May 2016. I was advised by the sales representative at the Store (Cape Gate) that I should try the on-line route. As there were no Iphone stock available at any store. </p> <p>After no feedback for almost a week I've tried contacting customer car thrice since yesterday - WITHOUT ANY JOY. This morning was the tip of the iceberg, I eventually got through to a consultant, overflooded with joy I start stating my case. I was asked if my enquiry(order) was for business use or private use, upon answering that its for Private use I immediately gotreferred to another agent...after 20minutes of listening to their droning background music (yet again), I simply hung up.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very dissapointed about how PRIVATE USE Customers are being treated, I've been a Telkom client for more than 2 years! Does it really make a difference if its for business or private use. Aren't all clients equally important, why should one enjoy preference above the other? </p> <p> </p> <p>More important what am I to do now? Try the call centre for the 4th time? And I will NOT go into the store because they simply tell me to call customer service. I used to be so impressed with Telkom's services, even referred relatives and friends to them...but experience this surely leaves a bitter taste.</p>
