Not honouring contract (deception)

Endless headache with Telkom. I went into Clearwater Telkom store to take out a contract that's advertised on the website and still is currently advertised . I signed up for the huawei mate 10 pro on the 3/10/18, which the salesman told me they have ordered stock and I should receive in one week. Nobody called me back up til today to confirm .I decided to contact Telkom and they tell.me they cannot honor my contract due to no stock . I thereafter called the helpline to find out if there is stock and guess what , 3 stores had stock .Telkom does not want to help to get me the device and just not interested I will not accept this laziness and lack of business ethics . I want my contact that I signed up for end of story
