Not honoring appointments

I had an appointment with Telkom to install a telkom line. This was confirmed as an afternoon appointment(after 12).<br> I was at the property from 12 onward and no one came to the property. <br> Apparently the technician was at my property at around 10:00am but I was not there since this was an afternoon appointment. I confirmed with Telkom that the technician was coming back the afternoon and then received an SMS stating that the technician has been dispatched at 14:45 but the technician never came.<br> According to telkom the technician stated that he was there but was refused access and there was no answer on my cell which is a lie since I received no call and was there for the entire duration of the appointment time.<br> It is now 3 days later and I have not received any correspondence from Telkom as to a course of action. I did take annual leave to be able to be at the property for the appointment and will by no means be able to take more leave. <br> I cant believe that I need to beg to get service.
