Not honoring an advertised deal

I took out a contract on 23 February 2018. The deal was for a galaxy note 8 and a battery pack. Sales guy told me that they only have the phone, and was going to get the battery pack soon in the next week. To date I haven't received the pack, even though I have tried to ask them for it. I keep getting told there is no stock. I am also being charged a full device fee, yet I don't have the full package. Really disappointed in Telkom, yet again...
