not honering ADSL contract
I sighned up for a 4 MB'ps contract with a 20 GB cap. i am only getting a maximum of 2 MB'ps and normaly geting 500 KB'ps.As far as i am concerned this is fruad and theft, because i am being charged for 4 MB'ps for over 400 rand p/m when infact i am getting 2MB'ps or less. i have called countless times queriing the speed and it has not been corected.and they are refusing a refund
