Not helping me

I have been waiting a month for my fibre to be installed! No one calls me back when they tell me someone will call me! I have been posting all over social media and they just as useless. I really dont k ow what to do any more! So read carefully and please try to understand. I have a property and on that property i have 2 houses! I already have my fibre in the one house noe i just need fibre in the second house which is being rented out. Thats it!! Its needs to be 2 seprate lines what can be so hard to understand and do??? 1+1=2 its the same thing! Its really embarrassing and shame on you! I which that someone can start doing someting about this telkom.
