Not helping at all, useless, un called for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Telkom customer service is useless. Firstly I pay for a 4meg line but only recieve a 2meg line and nothing is being done about it ,I am losing money and have complained about it since April this year. I have called about this problem several times and nothing was done to solve this problem. Again I am losing a lot of money for megs I am not even getting. And today when I called customer service was rude and uncalled for. If I could I'd rate it a 0 out of five stars.
