Not Helpfulle and bad Service

I have been with Telkom now for a while and for the past year I had a problem regarding the internet and landline connection. I have reported it 4 times already and where they fix it and then after a month the problem comes back. I'm mean the money we are paying is crazy and then we get this kind of service. Then I went on to Telkom's website to chat with a live agent were it took almost an half an hour for an agent to come live.
