Not helpful

I am dissapointed with telkom I’ve been using this number for more than 10 years and now I am sharing the number with someone else I went to telkom Clearwater branch and I was told I can’t be helped I need to call telkom customer service , when I call telkom customer service I am told I can’t be helped i need to go back to the store , when I go back to the store I am told about customer service
