Not helpful at all!

<p>We are trying to switch to Telkom from Afrihost. We already cancelled our month to month contract with Afrihost and we're now looking to take the 10mbps line 799 ADSL deal with Telkom. But we've been calling telkom the entire day and have been taken for a fool. First they sell a new deal to us instead of simply migrating our line. Then when I call again they say we need to call tge customer care to migrate. Customer care says we need to be at the sales department and so we get sent in circles. I think the agent who sold my husband the new deal just wanted the commission! We simply want telkom to take over our line! It's not so complicated really.</p>
