Not happy with the phone returned with 7 days but cannot exchange as it was not bought online

On 22-08-2020 was due for an upgrade and I went to Telkom Mall of the south and was advised to take Huawei P40 Pro I took this device especially for the camera as it was marketed as having the best camera . I did not open the box until 24-08-2030 after opening the box I realized and was very disappointed with the apps and the fact that I cannot download my google apps which I was not told about when I bought the phone .The phone is very slow.. I am not happy with this phone and to think I’m going to be paying over 900 *24 months I returned the phone to the store on the 25-08-2020 which is within 7 days to be told that I cannot return the since I did not buy it online mind you no one told me that google is not supported by this device all that was done is clone my contact from my old phone to the phone I went to get another phone which in the same price as the huawei pro which I do not like and was told I can’t get another phone . How am i suppose to pay so much for a phone I do not like if they had explained that google is not supported I would definitely have not took this phone . What about consumer rights , the right to choose a product that you want and be satisfied , the right to fair and honest dealings , right to disclosure of information.
