Not happy with the network

I took a contract phone with Telkom and I’m not happy with how Telkom operates. I had network problems if was very hard for people to get hold of me because there was always no network yet I paid a contract. It then happens that I skipped a payment and they debited double the amount that I didn’t understand because bank chargers will never cost any business an amount over R200 for rejection. And during the time I took the contract if one told me about this I wouldn’t have took the contract with them, not that alone I got free SMS to any network i tried sending them and I couldn’t send them. I wouldn’t recommend Telkom to anyone.
