Not happy with telkom , wifi not working

We are not happy with telkom account , we paid the accoount yhatbwas in arrears and right now we cant connect as i have an exam today that i cant write right now because my wifi is off they telling me it takes 5 hour to 24 hours paid direct to their online platform qhich i dont agree o dont have proof of payment which i send to *** to.allocate my payment and open my wifi so i can write my final exam at 6pm today. Im.not happy at all
