NOT HAPPY WITH TELKOM SERVICES

Telkom charged me for a cellphone insurance,without send me any document. I then called them,without receiving any assistant. Wrote an email and got a late respond,but still got charged for an insurance i never received any documents for...my services got stopped because my cellphone account debit order got declined because i did not want to pay for an insurance,i never read documents off..
