Not Happy with Telkom

Telkom did me wrong. I am utterly disappointed. Was overcharged R637 instead of R149 and the billing department does not even wanna process my dispute. I can only rate Prince Ngoepe 5stars for being helpful, going thru the system and checking my account but above all I am not happy with Telkom billing me for something i never signed up or agreed too.
