Not happy with telkom

Whats wrong with Telkom i sometimes cant buy data its loads the menu the says ussd not available whole weekend last week and again on Saturday night and i called telkom call centre 3 times holding on the call for 14minutes listening to promts no agent came through to my rescue kept saying all consultant are quit busy they receiving high volumes of call imagine first i waited 10minutes 2nd call 8minutes and third call 14minutes come on guys this is not all#DO SOMETHING
