not happy with service

I visited Lenasia Trade Route Telkom store on the 21st of November to upgrade my account at about 5:40 was told I couldn't be assisted because it was too late and the store was closing at 18:00 so they couldn't submit any applications,one of your consultants by the name of Selina said I should leave my number she would call me and assist with application the next morning over the phone because my information was already captured on your data system she quickly wrote down her personal number ********** coz she seemed to be in a rush and number doesn't work. So I guess this was just a way to get rid of me because she wasn't willing to help me in the first place she seemed to be in a rush to knock off or go somewhere, nobody is picking up after me calling personal number she gave numerous times. I'm really not happy with the service after being a loyal customer for more than 4years I couldn't be assisted with a simple thing like an upgrade and account enquiry. I'm really considering terminating my services with Telkom after this poor service I received .
