Not happy client

Im so much disappointed with telkom I app**** for fiber and they said I qualify and 8 days later they say I don't qualify cause, apparently I app**** again I don't know how and a week later I spoke to Gugu she told me that they will come and do Sim card fiber and the technician are telling me stories, Thabang came today said it won't work cause I don't have telkom line so I'm done with telkom, cause something is taking my airtime and data I'm just done
