Not happy at all with Telkom

I have a WiFi router with them since December round about the 8th January there debit me on incorrect dates dear god there making my account in - every time February there debit More then I was suppose too pay

Now March I did a deposit too then on the 3th March my WiFi router is not on I spoke too line manger pinky She did not even brother too call me back and Brian I spoke too him en phumla Katleho am not happy at all
