Not happy at all with Telkom

My name is koketso Mathekga... And i had a contract with telkom of which i was in behind with payments yet i finished paying everything and spoke to a consultant regarding an immediate cancelation,, i even recieved an sms of my request from telkom yet i recieved a bill stating that i owe them of which i dont... So im so disappointed with telkom coz i have to pay and yet i made a request and it was not done...
