Not happy at all

This may I made a double payment with telkom for my cellphone contract, the other payment was via Debit Order and the other one via EFT and I was hoping that month end May I will not be paying,to my surprise Telkom has sent me a statement invoice for may which I must pay month end of May,and I sent Telkom an Email informing them that I made two payments and even sent them proof,you want to know what Telkom did after I sent them the email,they did nothing, I am not happy at all, I was warned not to take Telkom cellphone contract but I didn't listen, I can't wait for January 2023 for this contract to be finished ,My contract number is for the phone I am talking about is *** Account ***
