Not happy about the Response

So after my previous email to you guys a lady named Zandile, i think, contacted me regarding my complaint ad never contacted me back. now the call centre has sorted it out, they are going to refund my money, that is it, no compensation and when i asked she said and i quote \ It was the store who did this and we do not give compensation. REALLY? is that what customer service comes too these days? a simple "Sorry\"" im disgusted. i had to use my money and my petrol driving up and down with no luck"
