Not Happy
I had disconnected my services in December 2020 as I was moving houses. I received invoices in January 2021 and February 2021 for disconnected services. Why am I being charged for services that was not in use? I refuse to pay the amounts. I did advise I am willing to pay December 2020. I am now receiving calls from debt collectors saying I owe R1800 for my Telkom account. I had raised a dispute before and never got anything resolved. Would anyone pay for services they never used?

I had explained that I disconnected my services and never reconnected. I agreed that I would pay for December but I will not pay for the other months that yourl have charged me. I had moved houses and never had telkom network. Don't rip people off.
