NOT HAPPY!!!!

We 've been using Telkom for years now and it seems that they are neglecting their customers. We phoned 10210 on the 26/03/2015 we were waiting for about an hour ,so eventually someone picked up the phone. They told us they will be phoning us back today and gave us a reference number but still no response so we phoned them again and waited on the line for 40min eventually someone picked up the phone,they told me that they can't help me and they can't transfer me to head office,if they can't help me what is the point of a reference number? Okay so still calm I phoned the same 10210 number again we waited for 52min someone picked up the phone again and transferred us to technical were we've been waiting for 30min still no answer. Really???? 3 hours of our time wasted because we were waiting for Telkom to assist us.
