NOT HAPPY

I logged my faulty line. I called telkom every night to check when they will come fix the line I was assured they will contact me before they come out. This afternoon I called again and I was told the technician was here be fore 3 and only work until 3 so now another day without any service. I'm not very happy about the way I get treated I still pay for a service...
